The scenery around the house wasnt even nice at all
I don’t understand The Lake House at all. Alex, in 2004, arranged to meet Kate, in 2006, in 2008. But as Alex approaches 2008 wouldn’t Kate be approaching 2010? So yes, if they did meet in 2008, who Alex—the narrator Alex, or M1 for short—really met must be a past copy of the narrator Kate, or F1 for short. And if that is the case, then F1 wouldn’t able to present the story as she did, because F1, the “true” Kate, didn’t meet Alex in 2008. Alternatively, if we say that F1 did meet Alex in 2008, then that Alex must be a future copy of Alex, in which case M1 would never be able to present the story as he did, because he never did meet F1 in any point of time. Unless someone can explain this to me, I think the show just pulled a fast one on us. Idiots.

Certainly better than what you can find in Singapore.
I suspect the show wasn't meant to be understood at all. Just look at the pretty scenery and people yeah.
Sandra Bullock looked great, by the way.
Sorry. Just had to add that. :)
