I still think he was slightly exaggerating. He probably did browse through some parts of the texts. It is quite unbelievable to say that he completely did not read any texts at all.
impt is the process n the outcome is secondary as it oni reflect the process. no pt regreting if u hv done best during the process as different ppl hv different capabilities n capacities.
