I like the drums and the voices
Listened to Bolero on the bus home today, reminded me of scenes of massive destruction and extreme depravity. There has got to be a reason why beautiful symphonic pieces are not dissonant with a murderer killing people for no reason.
I've got a reservation for a library book and which the previous borrower is still hogging onto a week after its due date. Obviously the library fine system isn't a very good deterrent. I suggest changing it to 50c for the first three days it's late, and $50 for every day thereafter. Sending a destructive virus to the person's email account works too.
Here's Bolero.

noooo that's a bad idea ! Then only rich people can hog the book ! Which will widen the rich-poor divide, increase social inequality blah blah. sending a destructive virus is a much better idea.
Implementing a SGD50/day fine is good. Anybody with sufficient money and common sense (and who needs the book badly enough over an extended duration of time) would decide that it's better to just buy a copy of the book from Amazon.com instead of hogging it. (Given Amazon.com's immense repertoire of books, odds are that the book one wants can be found in its catalogue.) Even after you factor in shipping costs, chances are that it's still going to be cheaper to just purchase it than to withhold it from the next borrower.
Speaking of music, I missed a concert by the Yeah Yeah Yeahs the other day. I'm sad.
Also I have friends here who have very impressive collections of indie music; I'll share with you some of their recommendations when I see you online.
Fines for RCC loans here are 50c per half hour.
