Establish the perimeters of a gentleman clearly to differentiate yourself from the pack and lead people down one track, then subvert their expectations by swapping that mask of goodness to your most comfortable, or true, self, preferably that which is flamboyant and uniquely dazzling. This is what you call charm.

It should be noted that one cannot proceed immediately to reveal the inner layer of one’s true self, for several reasons: 1) It would seem too imposing 2) You need to secure the trust of those around you first 3) You need to make them feel at ease first 4) The compression of your identity would lead to greater potential energy in it. 5) Being an affable gentleman creates a sense confidence in yourself, easing any tension you might initially have.

This argument, or rather, theory, can be projected generally as such: Sneak into a class of elites and use their identity to enhance yours.

Well anyway it’s been quite a long time now since I last had a bourgeois-styled dinner..

And to the person who bought me the jacky cheung collection: thank you so much. I love surprises.

COMMANDER WHALE: Fellow soldiers, fellow brothers in war, the time has come to bid farewell to your wives, your children, your bourgeois-styled dinners. We assemble at the break of dawn.
