It doesnt matter that a product is ultimately harmful to you as long as you enjoy it while it lasts. The natural utilitarian measurement of short-term gains in the face of long-term losses is absurd and makes no sense to the thoroughbred existentialist, or indeed, anyone who is mentally self-exiled from the rigid structure of conventional life: good grades, a job, a family and so on. To them, these are artifacts of artificial importance, scooped up from the base of self-created meaning. As such any reasonable product, in any form, can be an article of, to stretch the mind a bit, infinite worth-- even if you know it might compromise your capacity to experience sustainable pleasure in the long term. The measurement your rational self tells you to consider breaks down at this point because pleasure is itself derivative, meaningless in the face of death.
Instant noodles without msg tastes weird and personally I would opt for the unhealthy choice.

It's just like a crush isn't it?
A crush is good while it lasts.

Anyway, if you must have instant noodles so often, you can try using Miso soup to cook instant noodles. Tastes not too bad and is definitely more healthy than msg. If you have no idea what Miso soup is/where to get it/don't have it, you could always use soya sauce (酱青)plus an egg. Add vegetables if you are feeling particularly health-conscious. ^^
