This is your pilot speaking

So where do we stand now? We stand at a time where I am more unfit than I was weeks ago when I stopped exercising. It's back to square minus one - again.

So far I've attended a writers' workshop, went on a short meteor-shower gazing holiday in Batam and indulged in board games and pricey meals. Didn't learn much from the workshop, though it reinforced my impression that most writers (or writers-wannabes) are more sociable than I am. Didn't catch any meteorites during the trip, and I found out first-hand that civilian telescopes don't reveal anything much more fantastic than what the naked eye can see.

Results are going to be out soon, but I must tell myself not to regret because I had choices from the start and I chose.

I expect more board games sessions to come, a couple more meet-ups with various people, and a generally enjoyable, lazy holiday ahead.

Hi, a Physics major told me that it should be 'meteors' and not 'meteorites'. The latter are those that fall onto the ground.
